"I have been with state farm most of 13 years or longer. I was called to see about life insurance. I asked about why my rates were so high for auto. The response I received was you know there was a price increase. Fast forward, bought a car recently asked to transfer my existing policy to new car. Once again rates were insane but I still chose you guys. Get home starting shopping around and find my same policy for 70 less. Call to cancel my piolicy and there was no concern why a loyal customer was leaving."
